Say hello to Oliver, one of our reservation managers and the guy who is always willing to lend a helping hand. He originally joined the Valesa team thanks to Marcy, who spotted his knack for numbers at business school. He started out handling invoices and back-office work, but after a brief detour to study international business, Oliver found his way back to us—lucky for everyone!
Now officially part of the team for four years, Oliver has become our go-to guru for all things reservations. He’s always been the friend who takes charge of planning trips, so stepping into this role felt like a natural fit. Plus, he enjoys working with a smaller team, where it’s easy to adapt, collaborate, and get the support you need.
Oliver loves researching destinations for clients, especially if he’s never been there himself! One of the more challenging parts of the job, however, is working with groups, where every minute detail needs tending to.
When he’s not mapping out dream vacations, you’ll find him playing soccer (or any sport for that matter), attending soccer games, at the gym, or traveling with friends—though they sometimes roll their eyes at his “Valesa-level” travel standards (once you go luxury, it’s hard to go back!).
